The Supreme Court should be good for another 12 years of Republican dominance
The Supreme Court’s majority has found, citing foreign and international law, that it is attain a mature understanding of [their] own humanityunconsitutional to execute juvenile murderers. The court finds that juveniles just haven’t found “understanding of [their] own humanity”, and therefore shouldn’t be executed over a trivial little thing like raping and murdering somebody.
What a load of crap.
We all know perfectly well that the guys who were violent and otherwise criminal assholes when they were 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17 knew perfectly well that they were, in fact, violent and otherwise criminal assholes. How many times have you not heard one of those violent and otherwise criminal assholes utter the old “do you think I’m afraid of the cops?” They know what they’re doing and they know what they are.
So if a 16-year old boy kidnaps, rapes, and kills a woman, he should, quite simply, kiss gas. No matter what the socialist yahoos in Brussels think.
Our liberal Supreme Court has become a disaster, an institution that at practically every turn chips away at not only American tradition, but also American sovereignty.
On the upside, the lefty looonacy of the Court should help the GOP extend its dominance for another three presidential election cycles, maybe more.
