Scandinavian countries were quick to evacuate their citizens from Lebanon after the war between Hezbollah and Israel broke out, but there was a price to pay for the evacuees, according to a Danish official:
“We … had a few people complaining about the fact that you could not buy tax-free on the planes which we had chartered to take them home,” he said.
