Albert Breer leaves the Boston Herald huddle
MetroWest Daily News football writer Mr. Albert Breer posted the following on Boston Herald‘s The Point After blog today:
As I’m sure many of you know by now, the content-sharing agreement between the MetroWest Daily News and the Herald comes to an end tomorrow, and that means I’ll be leaving the blog and, in a couple weeks, this market all together.
That could put a dent in the Herald’s coverage of New England Patriots, as Mr. Breer brought an obsessive football wonkishness that clearly appeals to a certain set of fans. He and Mr. John Tomase formed a very capable duo of journos covering the Patriots.
