Scarlet Fever: Boston University Celebrates National Championship Terriers

Thousands of Boston University students, faculty members and alumni greeted the BU Terriers 2009 national championship ice hockey team as it paraded in duck boats from Kenmore square to Marsh Plaza, where the victory parade turned into a rally. Here are some photos from the event:

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has released an immigrant from Sweden who was convicted of felony murder of a local police officer in California and sentenced to life in prison in 1983.
